Applicants must hold a current RN license in Minnesota, with BCLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC or TNCC certifications. A minimum of two years in Med/Surg is preferred, with a commitment to patient safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• BCLS certification within 1 month of hire.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• PALS/ENPC certification within 1 year or 2 years TNCC/ENPC alternative.
• Minimum 2 years RN Med/Surg experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Patient Care: organize and deliver comprehensive care across all phases of the patient care process.
• Delegate care responsibilities to nursing staff based on licensure and role.
• Support mission and community impact through Essentia Health initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Provide urgent and comprehensive emergency care across a wide range of conditions.
• Perform rapid assessments, administer treatments, and stabilize patients during emergencies.
