Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join Floyd's Resource Team. The RN will float across Floyd, Polk Medical, Behavioral Health, FSED-Trion, and Cherokee Medical to meet patient care needs.

The position is full-time (36 hours per week) and benefits eligible, with a pay range of $38.20-$57.30 per hour. Requires RN licensure, BLS, and nursing program graduate; BSN preferred. Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience; 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process and evidence-based practices.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with care teams.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure safety standards.
• Participate in professional governance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Float to designated facilities as needed to meet patient care needs.
