Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential property management with proven results.
• Experience in multifamily operations, budgeting, leasing, and collections.
• MRI Software experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Analyze financial statements and budgets to drive profitability.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Lead on-site staff including assistants and leasing consultants.
• Manage vendor invoices and budget compliance.
• Coordinate unit turns and maintenance with the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and deposit administration.
