Position Overview

This position is expected to develop proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent is responsible for executing branch leads as directed by the Manager, handling customer transactions, and identifying sales or referral opportunities. The role requires adherence to FNB policies, procedures, and Core Values, with potential work at various locations within the market.

Primary Responsibilities

• Promote sales through greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calling.
• Make recommendations for bank products and services, and achieve sales/referral goals.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applications using approved technology.
• Perform routine operational duties, including teller transactions.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
• Serve as risk managers by understanding and reporting risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required.
• Skills: excellent customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, proficiency in MS Word (Basic), MS Excel (Intermediate), MS PowerPoint (Basic).
• Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products, and sales skills.
• Licensure: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but not mandatory.
• Physical requirements include frequent driving.
