Position Title: Floating Relationship Banker

Business Unit: Retail

Reports to: Varies Based on Assignment

Position Overview: This position requires developing proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent executes branch leads under the Manager's guidance, handles customer transactions, and identifies opportunities for sales or referrals. Adheres to all FNB policies, procedures, and Core Values. May work at various locations within the market.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Promote sales through greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calling.
  2. Make recommendations for banking products and cross-sell services.
  3. Achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
  4. Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
  5. Use approved technology to input and maintain referral and customer data.
  6. Complete all related operational duties, including teller transactions.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.

All employees are responsible for understanding, reporting, and managing risks as part of F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program. Compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures is mandatory.

Minimum Education: High School or GED

Experience Required: 0 years

Skills Required: Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, proficiency with MS Word (Basic), MS Excel (Intermediate), MS PowerPoint (Basic), knowledge of banking policies, sales skills.

Licensures/Certifications: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred, but required.

Physical Requirements: Frequent driving.
