Position Overview

This position involves developing proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent will execute branch leads, handle customer transactions, and identify opportunities for sales or referrals, adhering to all policies and core values. The role may require working at various locations within the market.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Promote sales through greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calling. Make recommendations for bank products and cross-sell services. Achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager. Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
  2. Use approved branch technology to input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applications. Manage the lifecycle of all relationships according to standards.
  3. Perform routine operational duties, including teller transactions and other tasks per policies.
  4. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
  5. Serve as risk managers by understanding and monitoring daily risks, complying with F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 0 years of related experience.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Word (Basic), MS Excel (Intermediate), MS PowerPoint (Basic). Knowledge of banking policies, products, and sales skills.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but required.
  • Physical work conditions include frequent driving.
