Job summary

UCHealth seeks a Radiography - X Ray Technologist for a float in the Denver area. The role covers Thornton, Steele, Green Valley Ranch, Arvada, and Erie Northfield clinics. Full-time (0.9 FTE), day shift, pay $28.38–$39.74/hour with differential and potential relocation bonus.

Responsibilities include patient history review, image acquisition, contrast administration if needed, and safety/quality control per AART guidelines. Opportunities for clinical ladder advancement exist.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with required specialty certifications if applicable.
• State licensure if required by law.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross; CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date; valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient history and initiates radiographic images per physician order.
• Safely administers contrast media or imaging medications and monitors patient condition.
• Responds to and reports changes in patient condition.
• Implements imaging techniques for image clarity and quality control per established best practices (AART).
