Job summary

UCHealth Emergency Green Valley Ranch in Denver, CO is seeking a part-time Radiologic Technologist specializing in CT imaging to join our on-site team. The role requires collaborating with radiologists and referring physicians to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging.

The successful candidate will perform CT imaging, manage contrast administration, and support patient care in a fast-paced environment. On-site work only, with day and night rotation and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) and registered, or registry eligible with completion of registry in 12 months in CT by the ARRT.
• BLS through AHA or Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer; card in-hand before start date; valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient history, orders, and lab results to ensure appropriateness and educates patients about procedures and equipment.
• Prepares and administers contrast media and/or medications within scope of practice; monitors patient status and optimizes exposure factors.
• Performs Point of Care Testing and Moderate Complexity Laboratory Testing; maintains quality control and reports results.
• Conducts EKG procedures, vital assessments, and routine patient care tasks as required.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, decisive judgement, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
