Pegasus Residential is hiring a Property Manager for Charlotte/Raleigh. You will lead a Multifamily team, drive occupancy, manage budgets, and ensure high resident satisfaction. The role emphasizes strong leadership, coaching, and operational excellence to deliver referral-worth experiences and stable performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager required.
• Supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and balance of income and expenses to ensure the best overall results.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
