Eating Recovery Center is seeking a Primary Therapist to deliver individual, group, and family therapy for adults and youths with mood, anxiety, stress, and eating disorders. The role involves coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans.

The position requires a graduate degree in psychology or related field and state licensure or licensure in progress. Roles may include supervision of junior clinicians and collaboration across Pathlight and ERC sites

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related (required).
• Fully licensed with appropriate state licensing board or in an associate/intern phase of licensure (required).
• Has independent mental health license as required by state to practice individual therapy (required).
• At least 2 years with significant caseload or experience with mood, anxiety, ED, or trauma disorders (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Conducts individual, group and family therapy for adults, children, and adolescents.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Attends treatment team meetings to coordinate patient care.
• May train or guide less experienced teammates.
• Ensures accurate clinical paperwork and progress notes.
