Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to provide patient-centered laboratory support across PSC settings. You will collect quality blood specimens, verify orders, and support Epic registration workflows as needed.

The role requires flexibility to cover multiple PSC locations on short notice, with strong communication and safety practices to ensure accurate testing and efficient patient care.

Qualifications

• Formal phlebotomy training or certificate required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or higher degree preferred.
• Experience with blood collection and patient registration workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient-centered registration, laboratory, and diagnostic services in PSC settings.
• Performs venipuncture, capillary collection, and heel sticks across all ages.
• Maintains compliant specimen labeling, handling, and transport to core lab.
