Qualifications

• 2 years phlebotomy experience required.
• Experience in fast-paced lab or hospital setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and venipuncture with standard techniques.
• Label specimens, centrifuge when needed, and record data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Collect and store specimens according to procedures.
• Ensure proper labeling and transport of specimens.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA/DEP regulations; attend trainings.
