The role includes supporting field payroll and HR programs, maintaining employee files, and onboarding new hires across locations.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on payroll and benefits experience, a cooperative mindset, and the ability to train others while upholding our standards of care and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of payroll and benefits experience.
• Experience training others.
• Valid Operator's license.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for communities per policies and regulations.
• Provide support and training for field payroll and HR programs.
• Assist with employee files and onboarding.
