The role involves completing service requests, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances while preparing apartments for new residents.

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry.
• EPA/HVAC certification is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different communities.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Deliver outstanding service with professionalism and respect.
