Job summary

Guidepost Montessori seeks an experienced Floating School Admin Independent Contractor to lead daily operations across campuses, stepping in during leaves and staffing gaps while partnering with an experienced Head of School. The role emphasizes relationship-building with families and staff to ensure exceptional experiences for children and communities.

Qualifications

Experience leading in an early childhood education or school setting.
Experience as a School Director, Assistant Director, Principal, or Program Director.
Ability to lead confidently with minimal direction.
Strong organizational and operational management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Experience supporting admissions, enrollment, or customer service.
Comfortable using CRM systems and administrative software.

Responsibilities

Partner with Heads of School to oversee daily campus operations across the region.
Build relationships with current and prospective families and guide them through tours and admissions.
Support enrollment growth by managing inquiries and follow-ups in the CRM.
Foster a positive staff culture through coaching and day-to-day support.
Resolve parent concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Coordinate community events and outreach to strengthen family engagement.
Oversee vendor scheduling, supply orders, billing support, and campus organization.
