Job summary

Guidepost Montessori is seeking an experienced educational leader to join as Floating School Admin Independent Contractor. This role covers campuses across the region, stepping in during maternity leaves or staffing gaps, and partnering with the Head of School to maintain exceptional experiences for children, families, and staff.

You will mentor staff, build strong family relationships, guide admissions, and ensure smooth daily operations with calm, professional leadership.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in an early childhood education or school setting.
Proven ability to lead with minimal direction.
Strong organizational and operational management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Partner with Heads of School to oversee daily campus operations across the region.
Guide families through tours and admissions process.
Support enrollment inquiries and manage CRM follow-ups.
Foster a positive staff culture through coaching and daily support.
Resolve parent concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
Coordinate community events and family engagement.
Oversee vendor scheduling, supply orders, billing support, and campus organization.
