Guidepost Montessori is seeking an experienced educational leader to join our team as a Floating School Admin Independent Contractor. Qualifications

• Proven leadership in early childhood education or school settings.
• Experience as School Director, Assistant Director, Principal, or similar leadership role.
• Ability to lead confidently with minimal direction.
• Strong organizational and operational management abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting admissions, enrollment, or customer service.
• Proficient with technology, CRM systems, and administrative software.
• Collaborative leadership style with a solutions focus.
• Passion for supporting children, educators, and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily campus operations with Heads of School across the region.
• Lead campuses during maternity leaves or staffing gaps.
• Guide families through tours and the admissions process.
• Support enrollment growth by managing inquiries in the CRM.
• Foster a positive, collaborative staff culture.
• Address parent concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate community events and outreach to engage families.
• Manage vendor scheduling, supplies, billing support, and campus organization.
