Job summary

Qualifications

• Venipuncture and clinical support experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and multiple software systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; MA program or certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support to patients
• Manage front desk tasks and scheduling with empathy and efficiency
• Support billing inquiries and patient follow-up communications
• Maintain office space and ensure branding and cleanliness
• Assist providers and team with clerical duties and chart reviews
