Job summary

Maplefields in Bristol, Vermont is seeking a full-time floating associate/MIT with management duties. The role supports stores within the district and requires flexibility to travel between locations.

Salary ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits for full-time employees working 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining high service standards, assisting in scheduling, and gaining exposure to cashiering, stocking, and food service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service throughout interaction.
• Fill in for scheduling gaps to support smooth operations.
• Assist with cashiering, stocking, maintenance, and food service tasks.
• Learn Store Manager duties: cash balancing, invoicing, ordering, scheduling, and maintenance requests.
• Learn foodservice operations and obtain Serve Safe certification; follow sanitation practices.
• Train new staff and be flexible to cover multiple locations.
• Communicate store issues with Store Managers and District Manager; perform other duties as assigned.
