Job summary

RADCO is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties in Atlanta. The role requires travel between sites and timely preventive and reactive maintenance; on-call duties include after-hours response.

The ideal candidate has strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills, plus the ability to manage time efficiently and work with residents and team members. Comprehensive benefits accompany a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family.
• HVAC/EPA Type I/II or Universal for refrigerant recycling is required.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• Proven knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, roofing repairs, and other general maintenance skills.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and pride in quality of work.
• Available to work nights, holidays, and weekends for on-call service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the property is well kept and safe; address safety concerns immediately.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment as directed by supervisors.
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs including HVAC and pool maintenance if applicable.
• Move appliances/equipment and assist in moving abandoned items as needed.
• Complete all service requests within 24 hours; respond to urgent requests when on-call.
• Provide clear, professional communication with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Uphold RADCO values and be part of a team-driven culture.
