The role requires on-call rotation, reliable transportation, and a commitment to high standards of service for residents and teams.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience and HVAC understanding.
• Electronic troubleshooting skills required for equipment servicing.
• Experience with drywall and painting preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• On-call rotation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide above-standard service to customers across Grand Rapids properties.
• Maintain and repair building systems and components as needed.
• Assist with on-call coverage and emergency responses.
• Coordinate with property teams to ensure safety and uptime.
