Job summary

Peak Management LLC is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support our Grand Rapids properties, including Ramblewood, Beckwith Place, Hopson Flats, Ridges of Cascade, Oxford Place, and The Reserve at Oxford. The role emphasizes high-quality tenant service and proactive maintenance across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has maintenance experience, HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting skills, and basic drywall/painting abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience across building systems.
• HVAC understanding and electronic troubleshooting skills are required.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and on-call rotations is essential.
• Drywall and painting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide above-standard service to tenants and property owners.
• Perform maintenance tasks across multiple Grand Rapids properties.
• Develop and follow safety protocols while on site.
• Assist in on-call rotation as scheduled.

• Ideal candidate will provide exceptional above standard service to all of our customers.
• Must have maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• This position does require on-call rotation
• Drywall and painting experience is preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
