Job summary

Peak Management in Grand Rapids is seeking a ROCKSTAR Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties including Ramblewood, Beckwith Place, Hopson Flats, and more. You will perform maintenance tasks across buildings, focusing on HVAC, electrical troubleshooting, drywall, and preventive upkeep.

The role requires on-call rotation, reliable transportation, and a commitment to high standards of service for residents and teams.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience and HVAC understanding.
• Electronic troubleshooting skills required for equipment servicing.
• Experience with drywall and painting preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• On-call rotation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide above-standard service to customers across Grand Rapids properties.
• Maintain and repair building systems and components as needed.
• Assist with on-call coverage and emergency responses.
• Coordinate with property teams to ensure safety and uptime.
