Job summary

Peak Management LLC is seeking a ROCKSTAR Floating Maintenance Technician to support Grand Rapids properties: Ramblewood, Beckwith Place, Hopson Flats, Ridges of Cascade, Oxford Place, and The Reserve at Oxford. You will provide exceptional maintenance services, with HVAC and electronic troubleshooting expertise, and be prepared for on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with HVAC and electronics.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in awkward spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional on-site maintenance services for multiple Grand Rapids properties.
• Respond to on-call rotation and urgent maintenance requests.
• Perform drywall and painting tasks when needed.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and consistent property upkeep.
