Job summary

Brookside Properties in Hopkinsville, KY is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician for Eagle Crossing. You will handle service requests, complete work orders, assist with unit turns, and maintain grounds, buildings, and amenities.

The role requires 1+ year of maintenance experience; HVAC experience and EPA Type II or Universal certification are preferred. You will participate in on-call rotations and enjoy competitive pay, bonuses, full benefits, PTO, holidays, life insurance, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools.
• Ability to be on-call as needed.
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and work orders efficiently.
• Assist with unit turns (make-readies).
• Maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide solutions.
• Support preventative maintenance programs.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
