Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support four communities in Simi Valley & Moorpark, CA. You will report to the Community Manager and handle general maintenance tasks to keep properties safe and well-maintained.

Requirements include at least two years of maintenance experience and basic plumbing/electrical skills; HS diploma or GED preferred. The role is non-exempt, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some overtime/weekend work.

Qualifications

• At least two years of maintenance experience.
• Computerskills desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical integrity of the community and ensure a safe living environment.
• Carry out duties as directed by the Community Manager.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, unit turns and related repairs.
