Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations at assigned properties.

The role requires a strong background in maintenance and carpentry, a valid driver’s license, and excellent customer service and organizational skills. Training on safety and risk management is provided, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the maintenance team to ensure daily maintenance tasks and unit turn-overs meet standards.
• Review and track progress of service requests and identify chronic issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues per policy while maintaining professionalism.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring and HVAC as needed.
• Oversee safety and risk management per company rules and regulations.
• Monitor on-call response times and participate in after-hours maintenance.
