Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Prior experience in related food service positions required.
• Moderate reading and writing skills; ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Promotes positive public relations with guests.
• Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; cooperates with coworkers; performs with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or direct preparation of food using established procedures.
• Determine food quantities and supplies needed; ensure availability for service.
• Comply with sanitation, hygiene, and health standards.
• Store food properly with dated labeling; report equipment repairs.
