Work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen with a diverse team. You must stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and follow safety protocols while delivering consistent quality plating and timing.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach, and push/pull up to 25 lbs frequently.
• Lift 26-50 lbs occasionally.
• Wear PPE including non-slip shoes and safety gloves when using knives.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand recipes and POS tickets.
• Cut foods as specified by standardized recipes.
• Weigh, measure and prepare foods according to recipe.
• Prepare meats, vegetables, batters, sauces, and dressings.
• Bake or cook items according to guest order and recipe.
• Keep station clean, organized, and sanitary during service.
• Present menu items according to plating cards and recipes.
• Set up station per daily checklist and Chef's directions.
• Inform next shift about shortages or issues.
• Be dependable and adhere to scheduling and attendance.
