Kairoi Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional (Floating) to present the community and apartment homes with enthusiasm, highlighting features and amenities that appeal to prospective residents. You will respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through the leasing process to convert inquiries into leases.

This role requires knowledge of floor plans, pricing, and availability, and proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or RealPage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in leasing or sales, preferably multifamily.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi or RealPage).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management; team player.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartment homes in a professional, enthusiastic manner.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through leasing.
• Maintain understanding of features, floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Utilize Yardi or RealPage to manage resident information, applications, and leases.
• Conduct move-ins/move-outs and support retention programs.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on marketing and events.
• Maintain compliance with laws and regulations; record interactions accurately.
