Job summary

The Timbers and Staples Mill is seeking a Leasing Representative in Richmond, VA. You will be the first contact for prospects and residents, conduct property tours, and close leases to achieve occupancy goals.

Responsibilities include managing the full leasing cycle, maintaining CRM communications, and coordinating with maintenance for service requests. Prioritize exceptional resident service and ensure market-ready spaces.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, leasing, or hospitality experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi or CRM experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as needed.
• Willingness to float between properties if required.

• Uphold all policies, laws, and regulations including Fair Housing and ADA.
