Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property management experience in a multifamily environment.
• Experience with property management laws and regulations in NY.
• Exceptional presentation and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first responder for resident and prospect calls and inquiries.
• Support management with resident relations and general office matters.
• Assist the leasing team with renewals and lease applications.
