Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. in Austin, TX, is seeking a full-time Floating Leasing Associate to support multiple residential communities including the Prescott (Luxury) and two new Lease-Up properties, Carson Crossing and Cedar Heights.

1-3 years of leasing or multi-site floating experience is required; prior Lease-Up experience is strongly preferred. A valid driver's license and ability to travel within the portfolio are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Leasing or APM or multi-site Floating experience in multi-family residential communities, Affordable Leasing experience is required for this position
• Prior Lease-Up experience strongly preferred
• Valid/active Driver's License, ability to travel within assigned portfolio/region in Austin, TX
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking Candidates preferred, not required
• Familiarity/experience with Yardi property management software products

Responsibilities

• Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
• Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
• Create and distribute marketing materials
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills
• Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect

Join Our growing Team as at Richman Property Services, Inc. (RPS) as a full-time Floating Leasing Associate in Austin, TX!

This position is eligible for our brand new"Texas Stay Program", which is designed to financially reward commitment, celebrate milestones, and support RPS new-hires along the way! You will be eligible to receive up to $3,000.00 during your initial first year with RPS as follows: after 90-days $500.00, after 6 months, $1,000.00, after one year of service, $1,500.00. All bonuses are paid in conjunction with our regularly scheduled payroll timeframes and dates, and are taxable. Employee must be active at the time of the scheduled payout date. Program will be discussed by Recruiter.

Position:Floating Leasing Associate -The Floating Leasing Associate will support existing Richman properties as well as new construction (Lease-Up's) in the Austin metropolitan area. The Prescott (Luxury), and 2 brand new affordable Lease-Up Properties, Carson Crossing and Cedar Heights.

Requirements:

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
• Experience:
• Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience in multi-family residential communities
