Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Floating Lead Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity of our multifamily communities. You will lead maintenance operations, mentor staff, and ensure safety and compliance while coordinating with the property manager.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas/Corporate with occasional travel to properties. Requires 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, CPO & HVAC certs, and proficiency with OneSite/Yardi and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in multifamily property maintenance or related field.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills for manage staff and daily ops.
• Proficient with property management software (OneSite/Yardi) and MS Office.

• Oversee operational maintenance to ensure clean, safe living environment.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff and enforce safety standards.
