Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Floating Kitchen Operator in Claysville, PA. You will prepare and cook products by following batch recipes, operate kitchen equipment, and ensure strict food safety standards.

Responsibilities include batch weighing, operating kettles and mixers, sanitation, and daily paperwork. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and shifting schedules, including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Physical capacity to stand 8-10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in refrigerated or humid environments.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Handle batch preparation: weigh and measure ingredients according to batch sheets.
• Operate kitchen and food processing equipment such as kettles, mixers, pumps.
• Clean, inspect, and sanitize all equipment before and after use.
• Follow and document batching formulas and complete daily paperwork.
• Monitor temperatures and cooking times; inspect batch quality pre- and post-processing.
• Work collaboratively with team members to coordinate daily production.
• Abide by GMP, HACCP guidelines, and all safety procedures.
• Perform light to moderate lifting and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
