Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applicable food preparation methods and measures for menu planning, soups, sauces, meat and seafood items.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent and literate in English; strong team collaboration abilities.
• College degree or Culinary Arts degree preferred or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items within designated kitchen stations (broiler, sauté, pantry, prep) per recipes and standards.
• Follow direction to ensure culinary standards and outlet guidelines are met during shifts.
• Efficiently prepare food items with attention to quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Operate and adjust ovens, broilers, grills, roasters, and steam kettles as needed.
• Carve, portion, sauce, and plate foods to fill orders; garnish plates accordingly.
• Maintain prep lists, inventory and comply with safety and health regulations.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations; participate in trainings.
