Job summary

Tharaldson Hospitality Management is seeking a Property Support Manager to provide leadership and operational support across our hotel portfolio. This hands-on, full-time role spans multiple properties and brands to uphold exceptional standards and guest service.

Expect extensive travel (up to 80%), a 50-hour week, and the ability to coach teams while collaborating with General Managers, Front Office, and Housekeeping to optimize staffing, schedules, and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hotel management or supervisory experience.
• Multi-brand hotel experience preferred (Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Marriott or similar).
• Strong leadership and communication skills; problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential functions of a GM or Operations Manager when needed.
• Provide operational and supervisory support to General Managers per leadership directions.
• Assist regional directors of operations and corporate leadership with projects.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Housekeeping to assess occupancy, staffing, scheduling, and labor needs.
• Lead hotel teams during staffing or operational shortages.
• Supervise hotel associates in absence of senior management.
• Support training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and guest service.
• Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally.
• Follow company policies and SOPs.
• Adapt quickly to different environments, brands, and challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, productivity, service and team performance.
• Participate as active member of hotel management team.
• Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
