Job summary

Tharaldson Hospitality Management seeks a Property Support Manager to provide leadership and operational support across a diverse hotel portfolio. This hands-on role travels across properties and brands, stepping into leadership as needed to maintain exceptional service and standards.

The ideal candidate has hotel management or supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 100% including overnights.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hotel management or supervisory experience.
• Multi-brand hotel experience preferred (Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Marriott).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays, up to 100%.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory and operational support to hotels across the portfolio.
• Work with General Managers and Regional Directors of Operations per guidance.
• Assist with special projects and operational initiatives from corporate leadership.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Housekeeping to optimize occupancy, staffing, and schedules.
• Lead and coach hotel teams and ensure high standards of guest service, safety, and cleanliness.
