Job summary

We Do Life…Together is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for a floating 2nd shift across multiple group homes in CT. You will partner with the Residential Program Manager to ensure each home runs smoothly, manages staff schedules, and maintains 24/7 supervision in line with DDS guidelines.

Responsibilities include documentation, on-call duties, and ensuring program participants receive required supports. Strong leadership, organization, and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' management experience, preferably in human services.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more group homes and partner with the Residential Program Manager for daily operations.
• Manage staff schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage and supervision ratios.
• Maintain group home compliance with DDS regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time using company systems.
• Perform on-call duties and respond to on-site emergencies as needed.
