Nevada Health Centers is seeking a Front Office Representative Float to support patients at the Pahrump and Amargosa Valley locations. This role performs front desk duties, manages patient check-in/reminders, handles phone inquiries, and ensures accuracy of registration data while traveling between sites as needed, under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred 1 year experience in a medical/dental front office role.
• Strong communication and data-entry skills.
• Knowledge of medical billing/insurance processes a plus.
• Ability to work across multiple locations (Pahrump & Amargosa Valley).

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and patients at the front desk.
• Complete patient reminders for appointments and collect payments as needed.
• Answer phones and route messages to appropriate staff.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect required information.
• Enter registration information into EMR/EPM systems and maintain accurate records.
• Process superbills, ensure signatures, and reconcile daily cash and deposits.
• Assist patients with balance inquiries and direct to billing when appropriate.
