Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: 1 year of medical/dental front office experience.
• Experience with office databases and basic math is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate courteously and professionally by phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients.
• Complete patient reminders for appointment times.
• Answers phone and takes messages.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and collects payments.
• Enter registration information for new patients and obtain consent for minors when appropriate.
• Process superbill paperwork and ensure accuracy and deposits.
