F&M Trust is seeking a customer-focused Financial Services Representative (FSR) to join our McConnellsburg office. You will help customers with everyday banking needs and identify financial products that support their goals.

Whether your background is in banking, retail, hospitality, or sales, we provide training and support to help you succeed while building lasting relationships in our community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Previous banking, cash handling, retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other banking transactions.
• Assist customers with account questions and service requests.
• Build strong customer relationships through meaningful conversations.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet customer needs.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while handling cash and financial transactions.
• Support branch goals through teamwork, referrals, and service excellence.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
