Qualifications

• Leadership and management of clinical and non-clinical operations in senior living, with metrics and staff development.
• Compliance knowledge of federal and state guidelines; resident rights, safety and quality standards.
• Financial acumen including Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, budgeting, and census development.
• Strong communication to build trust with residents, families, staff and partners.
