Job summary

Bridgewater Bank is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Client Specialist to greet clients and handle in-person, phone, or email requests across multiple branches. This float role requires travel throughout the Twin Cities metro and offers a daytime schedule with no weekends.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, compliance checks, and supporting operations such as scanning, mail handling, and front desk duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately process routine financial transactions including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Greet all clients, answer phone calls, monitor client services inbox and access client information to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure client identity verification procedure is followed with each client request.
• Balance assigned Integrated Teller role, cash recycler, and vault inventory.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed for all transactions.
• Complete suspicious activity incidents and process fraud requests with Deposit Operations.
• Sort, distribute, and process returned mail.
• Assist with scanning of documentation into internal systems.
• Positively represent the bank in interactions with clients, coworkers, and vendors.
• Maintain conference rooms, kitchen and front desk and ensure supplies are available.
• Adhere to policies, security requirements and government regulations including BSA.
• Participate in on-going training to stay updated on banking and regulations.

Job description

Bridgewater Bank is seeking an enthusiastic, customer‑oriented Client Specialist to serve as the face of the bank while providing high‑quality service across multiple branch locations. In this role, you will serve as the face of the bank as the initial welcoming contact for clients and provide superior customer service while processing client requests in person, by phone or email in a positive professional environment. This role is a float position, requiring the ability to travel throughout the Twin Cities metro.

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM ***No weekends**

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately process routine financial transactions including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments through Integrated Teller processing system
• Greet all clients, answer phone calls, monitor client services inbox promptly and access client information as requested to ensure a positive client experience
• Ensure client identity verification procedure is followed with each client request
• Balance assigned Integrated Teller role, cash recycler, and vault inventory in accordance with procedures
• Ensure all required documentation is completed for all transactions
• Complete suspicious activity incidents and process client fraud requests timely in conjunction with the Deposit Operations department

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The typical hourly base pay for this role is $22/hr. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
