Job summary

First Independent Bank in Ruthton, MN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly first point of contact in our branch network. You will help customers with deposits and other banking needs, and you will build lasting relationships by understanding their financial goals.

You will also identify opportunities to introduce banking products and services, support branch growth through referrals, and participate in community events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to help at other locations if needed.
