Fairfield Residential is seeking a Temporary Floating Community Leasing Associate to support multiple Seattle-area communities. The role blends sales, service, and marketing to create exceptional resident experiences and drive leasing success across Ballinger Court in Edmonds and Alderwood Court in Lynnwood.

About the Role

As a Temporary Floating Community Leasing Associate, you'll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents across multiple communities in the Seattle, WA region. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing expertise to create exceptional living experiences and drive leasing success.

This temporary, full-time position is expected to last approximately three to six months and is subject to change based on business needs.

The schedule for this role will be primarily split between two communities: Ballinger Court Senior Affordable Apartments in Edmonds, WA (94 Units) and Alderwood Court Senior Affordable Apartments in Lynwood, WA (130 Units).Community assignments may change based on business needs throughout the Seattle, WA region.

Customer Service & Sales

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.
• Showcase community features and close leases.

Marketing

• Update social media and execute marketing tasks.

Estimated Rate of Pay: $20.23 - $26.30

This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
