Job summary
InSync Consulting Services Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for a contract/temporary-to-permanent position.
The role requires experience in counseling, formulary conversion, new member onboarding, medication reconciliation, MTM work, and care for Diabetes, COPD and Asthma patients. Shifts are 8 hours with 8:00 AM–7:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM–5:30 PM on weekends; candidates may be asked to float to three other locations within 20 minutes of each other.
Qualifications
- Experience in counseling, conversion to formulary, new member onboarding.
- Medication reconciliation review and MTM work.
- Experience working with Diabetes, COPD and Asthma patients.
- Contract/Temp to Perm arrangement acceptable; shifts may vary.
