Job summary

InSync Consulting Services Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for a contract/temporary-to-permanent position.

The role requires experience in counseling, formulary conversion, new member onboarding, medication reconciliation, MTM work, and care for Diabetes, COPD and Asthma patients. Shifts are 8 hours with 8:00 AM–7:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM–5:30 PM on weekends; candidates may be asked to float to three other locations within 20 minutes of each other.

Qualifications

• Experience in counseling, conversion to formulary, new member onboarding.
• Medication reconciliation review and MTM work.
• Experience working with Diabetes, COPD and Asthma patients.
• Contract/Temp to Perm arrangement acceptable; shifts may vary.

Contract Type: Contract / Temp to Perm (If desired)

Floating: May be asked to float to 3 other locations. (All within 20 minutes of each other)

Shift: 8-hour variable shifts (hours are 8:00 AM to 07:00 PM on weekdays, 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM on weekends)

Experience Required: Experience in counseling, conversion to formulary, new member onboarding, medication reconciliation review, medication therapy management (MTM) work, working with Diabetes, COPD, Asthma patients.

RTO: December 25th and January 1st will be holidays where the facilities will be closed but no additional days off will be granted.
