Responsibilities

• Complete transaction processing timely and accurately per bank procedures.
• Refer loan and deposit customers to subject matter experts.
• Complete ongoing product knowledge and sales-oriented training.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest products and services.
• Protect bank assets by adhering to processes, policies and security procedures.
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.
