Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Floater Behavioral Aide to support students with behavioral and learning needs across several school sites in Fair Oaks, CA. This travel-based, full-time role aligns with school hours and requires commitment to student success.

You will implement IEPs/BIPs, provide instructional support, and travel 30+ miles one-way within the region while applying ABA strategies and maintaining data on progress and incidents.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Background clearance (DOJ/FBI Live Scan) and TB clearance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and reliability are essential.
• Experience with students in school or treatment settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of IEPs and BIPs for students.
• Provide individualized instructional assistance as paraprofessional/TA.
• Travel to multiple school sites (30+ miles one-way) within the region.
• Respond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT or CPI strategies.
• Supervise students during transitions, meals, transportation, and breaks.
• Engage students in recreational and educational activities.
• Model and reinforce positive behaviors using ABA techniques.
• Record daily data on behavior, progress, and incidents.
• Communicate with supervisors, teachers, and staff about student needs.
